- Clean out storage cupboards to make the area more spacious;
- Remove excess clutter - have a garage sale or give away some unwanted items or store elsewhere;
- Arrange for your pets to be cared for by friends or pet motels; especially when inspections occur;
- Wash down and clean the external walls, windows, paths, garden edges and walls; If you have a pool, ensure that it is sparkling clean;
