Steve Suter moved from Berwick in South East Gippsland, Victoria in 1993, continuing full - on his career in the real estate industry. His comfrotable approach, excellent communication skills and a real understanding of other peoples' needs and wants, have seen the building of many lifetime relationships over the years. Regardless of market conditions, he has never thought about a change in career. Real estate is his life. Dealing with opposing parties like buyers and sellers and endeavouring to achieve all round satisfaction gives him the greatest buzz. How people feel about him is most important of all. He considers the results he has enjoyed over almost 3 decades to be a by-product of the many friendships forged over time. Steve once stated that if it wasn't for real estate, he wouldn't have many friends and from the thousands of contacts he has made, he could count on one hand, the number of people he wouldn't care to have dealings with again. Steve and Ian Baker met on the job at Maroochy Waters back in the mid '90's and have worked together since.

Fred Ward is formally from Victoria with an impressive background in business and real estate. He has recently returned from Thailand where he was involved in International real estate and has extensive knowledge of the Asian property market. His earlier years were spent in the hospitatlity industry - a keen sportsperson he has played and coached AFL at an elite level.

Prior to taking up the international appointment he was engaged in the property market here on the Sunshine Coast.
